Big League Stories is a product of That’s Great News (“we,” “us”). By using this site or buying a keepsake, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Your content

The photos, recordings, and details you provide stay yours. You give That’s Great News permission to use them to create, produce, host, and deliver your keepsake — including processing them with the AI and other service providers described in our Privacy Policy — and to keep your keepsake page online as described there.

You confirm that you have the right to share everything you submit, including the permission of anyone shown or named — and, for a minor, that you are their parent or legal guardian or have their permission. Please don’t submit anything unlawful, hurtful, or that belongs to someone else.

Your story is written with AI — and approved by you

Your story is drafted by an AI service from your recording and the details you enter, and it can get things wrong. Before you buy, you’ll see a full preview where you can edit the headline, subhead, quotes, and story and adjust your photos. Your keepsake is produced exactly as you approve it, so please check names, numbers, and spelling carefully before checkout.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and can be withdrawn at any time.

Every keepsake is made to order, so orders can’t be canceled or changed once they’re placed.

Our intellectual property

The Big League Stories name and BL logo are trademarks of That’s Great News. The site design, keepsake templates, layouts, software, and technology are the property of That’s Great News. Your keepsake is for your personal, non-commercial use: you’re welcome to share your keepsake page and to print your own digital file for personal use, but please don’t copy, resell, or reuse our templates or designs.

Keepsake pages

We intend to keep keepsake pages online indefinitely so printed QR codes keep working, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to keep them available. You can ask us to remove yours at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, That’s Great News isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here with its date applies to orders placed after that date.
