Big League Stories

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

Big League Stories is a product of That’s Great News, based in Connecticut (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you make a keepsake, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t sell your personal information.

How we use it

Your keepsake page

Every keepsake gets its own web page — the one its QR code opens — where the story is shown and your recording plays. The page lives at a private, hard-to-guess link: anyone who has the link or scans the QR code can view and hear it, so share it the way you’d share a photo. We tell search engines not to list these pages.

Keepsake pages stay online indefinitely so the QR codes on printed keepsakes keep working. You can ask us to remove a keepsake page and its recording at any time by emailing [email protected] — note that once it’s removed, the QR code on a printed keepsake will no longer play the recording.

Children

Big League Stories is made for parents, family members, and fans to celebrate young athletes, and the site is intended for use by adults. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children. By submitting a young athlete’s name, photo, or story, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian or have their permission. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove that information at any time.

How long we keep it

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site runs over encrypted connections, and payment details are handled only by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
