Questions about an order
Include your order number — it starts with “BLS-” and is on your confirmation page and receipt.
Damaged print
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. See Shipping & Refunds.
Remove a keepsake page
Send us the keepsake page link (or its ID) and we’ll take the page and its recording offline. Note that the QR code on a printed keepsake will stop playing the recording once the page is removed. See our Privacy Policy.
