Your digital keepsake is ready to download the moment your order is complete. Because every keepsake is personalized and delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable.

Printed keepsakes

Framed Article — 11 × 14 in, framed.
Framed Cover — 11 × 14 in, framed.
Poster Print — 13 × 19 in, unframed.

Every print is made to order and made in the USA, then shipped from Wallingford, Connecticut. Printed orders include the digital download and keepsake page, too.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.
Flat-rate shipping is $9.99 per order.
Printed keepsakes typically take 3–7 business days to produce and ship. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee.

Cancellations

Every keepsake is made to order, so orders can’t be canceled or changed once they’re placed. Please review your preview carefully before checkout.

Refunds for printed keepsakes

If your printed keepsake arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number (it starts with “BLS-”) and photos of the damage and packaging.

Refunds aren’t available for a change of mind, or for names, spelling, or story content you approved in your preview — every keepsake is produced exactly as approved.
